Call for Participation, SAFE prototype activity

As an advocator of SAFE, JAXA announced the "call for participation". This announcement aims to distribute the draft of SAFE Implementation Plan (IP) and ask the APRSAF members to join to SAFE prototype activities. And in upcoming SAFE first workshop, both IP and new prototype proposals will be reviewed.
