The reason why products are released a little later after the satellite launch is that we have a early validation period to confirm the accuracy of the products.

Processing level and release date of JAXA standard products
JAXA plans to release a total of eight standard products for Level 1b and Level 2b. HDF files containing data for 1/8 length of satellite orbit will be created for each product.
