The International Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) Science Conference
will be held 22-26 July, 2002 at Hawaii.
Titles and abstracts must be received by 1 Feb. 2002.
Due to the Leonids activity, TRMM instruments will be down during the following period.

TMI and VIRS Image & Data after the boost is available now. However data by EORC order desk will be distributed from October.
Due to server maintenance, Web server and anonymous ftp server will be unavailable from 19:00 on September 21, 2001 to 12:00 on September 23, 2001 (JST). We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Currently we have problems with updating the TRMM near real-time products provided by NASA. In some case, you cannot access to the latest observation data. Sorry for incovenience.
Database and Images of Monthly Data, TMI and VIRS research products (Sea surface temperature, etc) are now available. Users are able to access to the data observed before August 6, 2001.
We will announce when these products after the TRMM's orbit raising are available.

TRMM's orbit was successfully raised to 402.5km from August 7 to August 24.

The boost plan and data delivery schedule, announced on August 6, 2001, will be postponed. We will announce new schedule as soon as possible.
NASA and NASDA decided to raise the TRMM satellite altitude to 400 km in order to extend its lifetime.
