We have had trouble with the User Registration System of the database from 29 November 2000 to 15 March 2001. As a result, we have lost the information for those who registered in this period. We are very sorry to trouble you but would like to ask that you reregister if you previously registered between 29 November 2000 and 15 March 2001. I sincerely apologize for subjecting you to such a situation.
In addition, we think that it is important to establish the necessity for "real-time" data and would like to examine this issue. We would therefore like to ask you to provide a 100 and 200 word explanation of the purpose the data will be used for when you register in our database.
