Information for Poster Presenter

 
  1. Location for Poster Presentations
    The location for Poster presentations is Meeting Room 3/4 (2F). Please refer to the attached map.
  2. Poster Number
    Poster Number will be found in the Program Page. The number starts either from 1P or 2P.
    The number starting from 1P is for the Poster Session on 7th and that from 2P on 9th.
  3. Presentation Period
    The presentation periods of 1P and 2P are as follows.
    Poster Session I(1P): 15:00-17:00 Sept. 7th, Poster Session II(2P): 15:00-17:00 Sept 9th.
    • For 1P, you may come to the Meeting Room 3/4 at 9 AM on 6th to display your poster and the poster must be removed before 18:00 on 7th.
    • For 2P, you may come to the Meeting Room 3/4 at 9 AM on 8th to display your poster and the poster must be removed before 18:00 on 9th.
  4. Size of the poster board
    The poster board size is 180 cm wide and 120 cm tall (See the picture). 　On the upper-left of the board you may find the poster numbers (both 1P and　2P).
    Please find your board with your poster number.
  5. Stationary
    Pins to put your poster to the board will be available in the Meeting Room.

 
Information of Conference Rooms and Request for Oral Presenters.

 
  1. Conference Rooms
    The Special Session I will be held at "Noh Hall" in the morning of Sept 6th. All other sessions since the afternoon of Sept 6th will take place in “Reception Hall" on 2nd Floor. The location of Poster Sessions I and II is the Meeting Room 3/4. Please refer to the attached map for exact locations.
  2. Equipment
    A LCD projector for notebook PC and OHP will be available.
  3. Submission of Your Presentation File
    Oral presenters are requested to bring your presentation data (Power Point, Word Document, or PDF) in a CD-ROM or in other media such as USB memory stick to the registration desk or the secretariat's office well before your presentation. We would like to download your presentation to the conference PC.
    If you wish, you may use your own PC for your presentation.
