Data search/Order/Download

Where should I search ALOS and ALOS-2 data?

Regarding how to search ALOS-2 data during the G-Poral system suspension, EORC Order Desk has already sent the information mail to all PIs.
Please refer to that.
Or else, please contact EORC Order Desk with the following information.

I ordered the product in wrong processing level / wrong parameter setting by mistake.
Can I cancel the product?
Can you provide the product with the correct processing level/parameter setting?

It is not possible to cancel your order or change the product after the EORC Order Desk sends you a mail confirming receipt of your order or the start of processing your order.
Also, under JAXA's policy, it is not possible to recover your order quota in this case.

Please reorder the correct product using your remaining order quota.

Please let me know how to download ALOS-2 data I ordered.

After the ordered data is ready for download, EORC Order Desk will send you the download information.
Please refer to that information.

Please extend the download available period. / Due to the expiration of the download available period, the data has been deleted. Please restore them.

It is not possible to extend the download available period in any case.
Also, it is not possible to restore the deleted data.
Please reorder the correct product using your remaining order quota.

Order quota

When and how my order quota is allocated?

Order quota depends on each contract.
For the details, please contact EORC Order Desk with the PI number and PI name.

Can you increase my order quota?
Basically, It is not possible to increase your order quota.
When is the expiration date of my quota?
Can I not use my quota after the deadline?

The expiration date depends on each contract.

For the details, please email your inquiry including your PI No. to EORC Order Desk.

You can not use your quota after the expiration.

Observation plan

I would like to confirm the observation plan of BOS (ALOS-2 Basic Observation Senario).

Is there any possibility that the observation plan will be changed or rejected?

The observation schedule is not guaranteed.

Any observation plan may be changed or canceled without any notice due to emergency observations such as disasters or special reasons for the satellite operation.
