Changing of JAXA's standard processing system of TRMM to Linux environment
JAXA has changed the standard processing system from SGI/Origin to Linux environment since the data processes of 1 Aug. 2008.
Some source codes of the algorithms and compiler option has been changed for the Linux porting. We confirmed that the effects due to the code changes are very minor, so we will not reprocess the products due to the system change.
NASA has also changed the standard processing system to Linux environment since June 2008. The values of standard products provided from NASA and JAXA are slightly different due to the architectures (ex. CPU's, compilers, etc).
