Attendance is free of charge for the workshop. On-line registration is available from below.

Oral/poster presenter is required to submit an abstract file (PDF) after the registration.

The deadline of the registration and the abstract submission is extended to 13th June 2014.

Online registration has closed. To make a new registraion or submission, please contact us with e-mail.

Pre-registration for the banquet is not needed. The attendance to the banquet will be asked later. The banquet fee will be \5,000~10,000.

[Abstract Information]

  • Each oral/poster presentation is required to submit an abstract file.
  • The abstract document is required to be a PDF file only.
  • The abstract file size should be up to 2 pages, limited to 3MB.
  • In your abstract, please include:
    • title of your presentation
    • author(s)' name(s)
    • affiliations
    • address and e-mail address of the corresponding author
