Please register your attendance from here. Registration is free of charge. The icebreaker is hosted by the workshop organizer and participants are welcomed to join at no cost. The Workshop Dinner requires a participation fee of approximately 5,000-10,000 yen. For planning purposes, pre-registrations for the icebreaker and conference dinner are required.

While we strongly encourage participants to join us in-person in Tokyo, a hybrid format with the option to connect remotely is foreseen.

7. Ice Breaker event: Will you attend the ice-breaker session (hosted by JAXA) on Monday (Day1)?
8. Workshop Dinner: Will you attend the workshop dinner on Wednesday (Day3) ?

The workshop dinner is planned to be held a location near the venue in Tokyo. The participation fee will be charged to each participant later (The tentative budget is around 5,000-10,000 yen).

10. Invitation letter: Do you needed an invitation letter from the organizing committee (e.g., for visa purposes)?

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event, and I give permission for my image to be used in event-related media, such as websites, social media, and promotional materials.


If you prefer not to appear in any media coverage, we will provide a special name tag and strap.

If you do not wear it, we may not be able to guarantee this privacy consideration.
