AUIG2 system suspended and your future ordering

Dear ALOS-2 Data Users,
ALOS-2 data search and order system, AUIG2 is currently suspended to receive new orders.
We have a rush of orders more than we expected and it has been caused a serious problem about heavy stress on AUIG2 server.
We sincerely apologize for causing the inconvenience.AUIG2 will resume its operation aiming for March 2, 2018, however such heavy stress on the server is expected to be still continued.
Considering such situation, we would like you to understand the following measures.
- 10 scenes are maximum per 1 day for your ordering.
- Downloadable period is 10 days after the product is ready to be provided.
Please pay attention to the deadline information from AUIG2 and carry out downloading promptly.
After the deadline, the product will be deleted automatically and impossible to be recovered.In addition, whom it may concern about Research Announcement (RA) and Collaborative Research will be contacted regarding your future ordering by the EORC Order Desk.
