Validation data:
  The in-situ SST Qualiyu Monitor (iQuam) Ver. 2.1, the SST data aquired using Buoys, released by NOAA
  https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/socd/sst/iquam/
  * Only buoy data (platform type is 2:Drifting Buoy, 3:Tropical Moored Buoy, 4:Coastal Moored Buoy or 6:High Resolution Drifter) are used.

Comparison coditions:
  - Temporal condition: The latest Himawari-9 SST data within +/- 5 min from the SST observaion of iQuam ver. 2.1 SST data.
  - Spatial Condition: The nearest Himawari-9 SST data from the observation points of iQuam ver. 2.1 SST data.

Data screening:
  - SST ranging from -5 to 40 degC for both Himawari-9 and iQuam.
  - Himawari-9 SST with Quality Level = 5

Definiton:
  - Bias = Himawari-9 SST - iQuam ver. 2.1 SST
