  The in-situ SST Qualiyu Monitor (iQuam) Ver. 2.1, the SST data aquired using Buoys, released by NOAA

Comparison coditions:
  - Temporal condition: The latest Himawari-8 SST data within +/- 5 min from the SST observaion of iQuam ver. 2.1 SST data.
  - Spatial Condition: The nearest Himawari-8 SST data from the observation points of iQuam ver. 2.1 SST data.

Data screening:
  - SST ranging from -5 to 40 degC for both Himawari-8 and iQuam.
  - Himawari-8 SST with Quality Level = 5

Definiton:
  - Bias = Himawari-8 SST - iQuam ver. 2.1 SST
