  Matchup comparison with AERONET and SKYNET

Data used:
  - MSARP　Aerosol optical thickness at 500nm

Comparison conditions:
　- Temporal condition: Observed data by AERONET,SKYNET within +/- 30 min from simulated time of MASINGAR Aerosol Property
　- Spatial condition: Grid point of MASINGAR Aerosol Property nearest from the observation sites of AERONET,SKYNET

Drawing conditions:
　- Drawing range is 0 <= AOT <= 5
　- Both frequency and statistics are calculated only for data included in the plotting range

Definition:
  - Bias = MSARP - Verification data (AERONET, SKYNET)
