Observation area and data latency can be different between the datasets due to difference of the satellite receiving station (JAXA : Saitama Japan, TRIC : Kumamoto Japan), and network conditions (JAXA data is earlier generally).
The value of brightness temperature, and geophysical parameters retrieved from brightness temperature could have some inconsistency due to time-lag of updating the radiometric calibration table which is practically different between EOC and TRIC in Level1B HDF.
