FTS-2 Geometric Evaluation of Field of View Monitor Camera
We are evaluating latitude and longitude of the observation center of FTS-2 and the Field of View Monitor Camera (CAM).
The definition of diff_lat / lon is the distance between the FTS-2 and CAM.
