HTTPS-Everywhere for EORC

The Earth Observation Research Center (EORC) entire webpages will be the HTTPS-Only from middle of September. This is due to adopt the security standard that all websites and web services only provide service through a secure HTTPS connection. It means our web pages will be changed from insecure "http" to secure "https". This changes the URL of EORC website as follows.
