The formats of Level 2' and 3' are different from those of TOMS Standard Products.

TOMS Near Real-Time Products Delivery Plan (From GSFC to EOC)

Delivery Start	L+5 weeks
Delivery Frequency	Level 1' and Level 2' whenever new signal data is received; Level 3': whenever a complete day of Level 2' is available.
Delivery Delay	Level 1' and Level 2': 1 hour after receipt of new signal data Level 3': 1 hour after receipt of complete day
Comments	Product delivery is on a best effort basis. Orbital Level 1' and Level 2' files will typically be delivered twice. Partial orbit files will be sent as soon as any signal data from an orbit is processed. These partial orbit files will be replaced with complete orbit files as soon as the complete orbit has been processed, typically from the signal data received in the subsequent station downlink.
