DAAC will package and deliver the reprocessed data as new Standard Products and Level 1.5. The CTLG will be updated to list the latest version of the Standard Products for a data week. Comments | Data during the Cal/Val period for NSCAT will be unsuitable for scientific publication. The authorization to distribute Cal/Val period data to EOC will depend on the Science Team Cal/Val procedures and participation by Japanese Science Team members.
After routine processing operations begin, for the life of the ADEOS Mission (3 years primary plus 2 years extended), the PO.DAAC will maintain all level 2 and 3 data and the latest 4 batches of level 1.7 data on the PO.DAAC FTP site. All data on the FTP site will be in HDF (level 1.5 will never be on the FTP site). During periods of reprocessing the FTP site population may be unpredictable. The nominal plan will be to replace original data products with reprocessed data products. |
