Monitoring the Global Environment

Detect and utilize global phenomenon in daily life.

  Ozone Hole Ozone Hole

We can learn the ozone distribution, and use this information for predicting harmful ultraviolet rays.
  El Niņo El Niņo

We can detect El Niņo phenomenon and determine climate trends like temperature, rainfall level, number of typhoons, and the end of the rainy season.
  Yellow Dust Yellow Dust

We can observe approaching yellow dust and improve aircraft security and safety.
Sea Ice & Pack Ice Sea Ice & Pack Ice

We can know the current sea ice and pack ice distribution at all times and use this information to improve ship security.
  Heat Wave Heat Wave

We can estimate distribution of land surface temperature and determine the influences of temperature and insolation on crops and thus prevent damage from the cold.
  Marine Pollution Marine Pollution

We can plot the red tide distribution and more precisely control water purity.
  Rainfall Rainfall

We can map the rainfall distribution, and use this information for abnormal climate investigation and flood forecasting.
  Soil Wetness Soil Wetness

We can estimate soil wetness and use this data to select cultivation methods and grazing areas.
  Geography Geography

We can track landform change and thus create and update maps so we can manage land utilization development.
