"Daichi" (ALOS) Observing Operation Suspended

Thank you for using ALOS data.
Mission data downlink from Advanced Land Observing Satellite (ALOS), called "DaichiEin Japanese, relayed through Data Relay Test Satellite (DRTS), called "KodamaEhas been suspended since 14:00(JST) in December 12, 2006.
After examination, data transmission to Kodama was suspended due to the detection of attitude system anomalies in Daichi. Nonetheless, Daichi itself is in normal status.
Currently, ALOS operation for observation is suspended as recovery efforts have been undertaken.
We will notify when ALOS is back to normal observation operation.
