|Precise Global Digital 3D Map "ALOS World 3D" Homepage||JAXA is starting to process the precise global digital 3D map using some 3 million data images acquired by the ALOS. The digital 3D map to be compiled this time has the world's best precision of five meters in spatial resolution with five meters height accuracy that enables us to express land terrain all over the world. Hence its strong character will prove useful in various areas including mapping, damage prediction of a natural disaster, water resource research etc.|
|MODIS Near Realtime Data||In MODIS Near Realtime Data, we use the data that has been observed by NASA earth observation satellite TERRA / AQUA mounted sensor MODIS. Tokai University Information Technology Center (TRIC) and the JAXA EOC. is receiving and brightness. After that, the two organization do geometric transformation processing (Level 1B), and JAXA EORC provide the data to the public after quasi-real-time processing.|
|GSMap (JAXA global rainfall watch)||We offer hourly global rainfall maps in near real time (about four hours after observation) using the combined MW-IR algorithm with GPM-Core GMI, TRMM TMI, GCOM-W AMSR2, DMSP series SSMIS, NOAA series AMSU, MetOp series AMSU and Geostationary IR data. Background cloud images are globally merged IR data produced by NOAA Climate Prediction Center (CPC), using IR data observed by JMA's MTSAT satellite, NOAA's GOES satellites and EUMETSAT's Meteosat satellites.|
|JAXA Himawari monitor||JAXA Himawari monitor provides the himawari data of rgb images, sea surface temperature, aerosol, and short wave radiation. The P-Tree System (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provides the Himawari Geophysical Parameter Data produced by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) Earth Observation Research Center (EORC) and the Himawari Standard Data provided by the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), in free of charge.|
