* If the standard products provided by PR-TMI-VIRS, Level 1 and level 2 are data along satellite path. Data from single orbit constitutes one file. This kind of data is called full scene, and specific area data extracted from full a scene is called sub scene data. NASDA EOC distributes fixed subscene data (80-160E/5S-35N) and subscene data (extracted very 10 degrees). NASDA EORC distributes GAME (the same region as fixed subscene data) and cut out data of Japan (120-145E/20-40N). Level 3 is monthly rain data and is the total of monthly level 1 and level 2 data. This is global gridded data, and no full scene or subscene data exists.
* There are more specific categorized products for Levels, 1, 2, and 3 depending on product processing.
* NASA GSFC distributes level 1, 2, and 3 data and data called 3G gridded products.
